Take time to visit websites that talk about how to find your VALUES, like this one: https://www.indeed.com/career-advice/career-development/discover-core-values

Then write one page full of what your Values are.  This can also include:

1. WHAT DO I VALUE?  (For example, I value Freedom because I like to travel and explore, and I find it hard to stay in the same workplace every day if there is not enough change) or (I value Loyalty because no amount of money would make me give up the people I love).  Try to list at least 5 values and explain why they are important to you.
2. WHO ARE THE PEOPLE I ADMIRE THE MOST, OR LOOK UP TO?  (These can be famous people but they can be anyone you know.)  Don't forget to explain why you admire them.  Ask yourself "What is it about them that I like?"
3. DOES TALKING TO OTHER PEOPLE EXHAUST ME?  Do you like talking to people all day and working in a team, or do you prefer to work alone and be by yourself most the time?  Maybe you are somewhere in between and like a mixture of friendly communication outside but value your "alone time" when you get home.

1. What do you find yourself doing when you have spare time?  Are you outdoors or indoors doing activities?  What are these activities?  (Hint: even sleep is an activity.)
2. What motivates you to get out of bed every day?  e.g. I love to learn so I want to get out and experience how other people live, their cultures and cuisines, so I can learn more.
3. If you had all the money in the world and didn't have to be anywhere, what would I choose to learn to do?  Maybe you want to learn languages or how to build a robot.
